Crazy In Love Marathon - RACE Sunday, May 3, 2026 8 am CDT This is the live virtual race option for this event. Choose this option to be ranked in the Concept2 logbook. 42,195 meters! EEK! The marathon will be broken into 4000m intervals without any scheduled rest in between, but YOU MAY REST! If you want to take a break, put your handle in the cradle and leave your phone connected to your monitor. • If your phone is connected to the event via ErgZone, it will not time out. It doesn’t matter when you take a break or for how long. If you need to hit the bathroom at 22,315 meters, get up and go! Just don’t take your phone with you. Leave your phone connected to the event exactly where it is. • Once you stop rowing, your flywheel will spin down to a stop, but the elapsed time will continue as you take your break. When you return, sit down and start rowing. If you cannot complete a marathon in one sitting, please choose the "Not So In Love Erg Marathon," divided into four days of 4K intervals and one 2,195 m interval. • 24-hour submission window for championship tile and official rankings. Important safety tip: Make sure your monitor's batteries are fresh! (This is especially important if you plan on taking many extended breaks.)

Rowers who select this marathon option have four days to complete the distance. (10 x 4,000m - 4 days) • Once you row your first interval, your 4-day countdown begins. • Repeat this workout ten times to get 40K logged. • Make sure you do the final 2,195m workout to complete the full marathon distance! • Log all your 4K rows here, under this version of the event. • If you row offline, take screenshots of each 4K you complete and submit your results manually on the ErgZone app. * If you repeat the Not So In Love workout posted here, your results will appear on ErgZone, and you won't have to email any pictures. • If competing offline and not submitting your results under the event on Ergzone, send your saved monitor pics to info@foolsfestsprints.com after completing all 42,195m. * Don't forget to do the final 2,195m!
