FFS 1000m 2-Person Relay All teams will be in the same heat at 10 am CDT. Everyone goes off at once. Both team members will race 500m simultaneously or immediately back to back if sharing an erg, and their times will be combined for the winners in each category they have registered under, Men's, Women's, or Mixed.
